Unsupervised.com, Inc. has further committed to cooperate with EU and Swiss data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning human resources data transferred from the EU or Switzerland in the context of an employment relationship with Unsupervised.com, Inc.. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact the EU or Swiss DPAs for more information or to file a complaint. The services of EU and Swiss DPAs are provided at no cost to you.

Personal Information You Provide to Us

You can generally visit our Site without revealing any personal information about yourself. We may, however, collect any information you voluntarily choose to enter or submit to us on our Site when you contact us or register to receive whitepapers, the Software or the Services or that you provide to us in the course of requesting or receiving support services from us.
